And I at least *try* to deliver 😘 This started out as a craving for Eggs Benedict, and it devolved from there. Like it usually does, but hey at least I’m consistent! 🤷♀️
Mini croissants are just the cutest damn things, and ridiculously easy to eat too, here I’ve gone Mexican (Happy Dia de los Muertos!) And used chorizo and my favorite jarred salsa to make brunchwhiches.
I have a kitchen tools for just about everything, so this literally comes together in minutes.
And voilà, time to assemble… seriously fast!
But of course, every brunch needs a cocktail, and I’m dubbing this a “Palomimosa” because that’s how I roll!
- .25oz Agave
- .5 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Grapefruit juice (red ruby)
- 2 oz Repasado
- 3ish oz Bubbly
Mix everything but the bubbly over ice, strain into a glass, and top with Bubbly.
