Come have a 🍸 with me why don’t you? It’s been hot as hell this week, which has left me a bit parched. The best cure I can think of is a nice cool Gin Martini! This is a (slight) variation on my La Fleur Dorée.
2 oz Hendrick’s Midsummer’s Solstice Gin, 1 oz St Germaine, 1 oz Lillet Blanc, Bubbly to float (for the original, use pink bubbly).
Mix everything but the Bubbly with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Top with the Bubbly.
Now, my Bubbly was a bit flat, but had just enough fizz to make this a real treat. #chinchin
